Jane and Andy at Blue Rock Pools have been absolutely amazing. They clearly have lots of experience in dealing with hot tubs and customers. During the initial enquiry they were knowledgable, friendly and were able to talk through the range of hot tub options without being pushy. They just simply shared the information and allowed me to think about what I wanted – they are not sales people, they are just passionate about what they do and simply showcase what you can have – the hot tubs does the work for them. The ordering process was easy and although we knew it would be a long wait for the hot tub to arrive, we were kept informed throughout about its journey to us. Installation was brilliant – Andy worked like a trooper, very patiently moving the tub into exactly the place I wanted it. He set it up, showed me how everything worked and spent time talking through the maintenance routine. The hot tub is amazing – exactly what we wanted. Both Jane and Andy are always available to contact; even late into the evening when I thought we had an issue, Jane responded to my email with reassurance. They are just lovely people and nothing is too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Blue Rock Pools to anyone wanting to get a hot tub with a personal service and amazing after care.

Blue Rock Pools couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. We are completely delighted with our Tidalfit Swimspa which was delivered and installed on time, within price and without any problems whatsoever. Buying a swimspa is a big investment and I had read online of people being lied to and not getting any service etc from other companies. Not surprisingly Blue Rock came highly recommended. Jane was extremely patient and helpful and moved heaven and earth to get me a swimspa at short notice. Andy and his father installed it and explained everything and we were away! It’s the best thing we have bought…we wear different tethers according to our swimming strength or just relax with the very powerful massage jets. The Tidalfit is almost silent when not in use so will not disturb the neighbours. So much fun and I now swim 1 1/2 hours a day at my leisure. It’s particularly wonderful to turn on the aqua lights at night and swim under the stars. My friends all want one now and my teenage children are getting back into swimming! Win win!.
